Return Eligibility

To prevent misuse of products and fraudulent return requests, customers must follow the conditions below:

  • Customers must initiate a return request within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Requests made after 24 hours from the delivery time will not be accepted.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.
  • The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories, if applicable.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Any product that shows signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing packaging may be rejected for exchange.

Exchange Policy

Bat Master follows an Exchange-Only Policy.

We do not provide refunds once an order has been successfully delivered. If the product received is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective
  • Incorrect product received

then the customer may request an exchange within the allowed return period.

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, we will process a replacement product of the same item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Products returned after 24 hours of delivery
  • Products without original packaging or proof of purchase

Return Request Process

To request an exchange, customers must:

  1. Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide the order number, product details, and clear photos or videos of the issue.
  3. Wait for confirmation from our support team before sending the product back.

Return requests submitted without proper information may not be processed.

Inspection and Approval

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify the condition and eligibility.

If the return meets our policy requirements, an exchange will be initiated. If the product does not meet the return conditions, the return request may be declined.

Shipping for Returns

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product sent by us.
